Now from the name of the place itself to the food served, to the ambience, everything is unique!
Take my word for it. I was mind blown and I’m still looking for the right words to describe my experience. I found out about this small yet indulging restaurant from sisters that are lifestyle bloggers in Uganda running the blog called IMIGANI. This for me was proof that blogging is a powerful tool to exhibit a new experience for everyone
I honestly never imagined having crêpes for lunch in my life in Uganda. Ever! So this crêperie brought Paris to Kampala for me. The staff is so welcoming and they have got this informal boho vibe that makes you feel at home. The customer service is top notch; so much so I had to take pictures of the waitress that attended to us. The ambience. Ugh. Orgasmic! It’s got this killer killer killer view of Kampala (I’d go like idyll, serene, luring but killer is what I felt) with beautiful drapes that remind me of Persian interiors.
I love that they consider quality over quantity because the taste of the crêpes is divine and effortlessly goes down your palate with a savoury taste of fresh cheese and marinade. I’m a little cheese connoisseur so I could go there each day for that if I could. A personal favourite is that they have the option of making your own fruit blend so my friend EDNA and I went for the pineapple mint juice which I had been craving for a while (I mean hello with this 30 degrees heat, you need great hydration!).
I’ll leave the rest to your imagination because you most definitely need to check out this 1-month-old restaurant if you are around Kampala. It’s located along Kololo Hill Drive, plot 17 at the Seventeen Apartment Hotel.
